Fortissimo is our youngest cria. Couldn’t ask for a more adorable young alpaca. He has had a lot of attention and handling. His baby fiber has tight crimp, extremely fine, and very shiny (a lot of luster). After shearing this Spring, we will get a micron count. We are expecting a very fine micron, like his half brother Dusty. We see nothing at this age that would disqualify him as a future herdsire. We would be perfectly happy to keep him in our herd as a superior fiber animal. Priced as a jr herdsire at $1500 due to his young age. |
